We get kids moving and teach them skills through games, challenges, and workouts they love.

Build skills while having fun.

Our program focuses on a child’s motor and cognitive skills by teaching proper movement in an interactive and fun group setting. We focus on physical skills such as coordination and balance and additional skills such as trust, confidence and teamwork.

We use age appropriate teaching techniques, challenges and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting climbing and lifting, we encourage all our kids to develop an appreciation and understanding of the many benefits of exercise.
